Healthy Monday

This week my two oldest kids went back to school and with a new school year my daily routine changes a lot.  Today's Healthy Monday is a back to school edition.   It's not just on exercise, but on our overall health.  Sometimes we just need little reminders of how important that is.  A friend pinned the tips below on Pinterest and I loved all the suggestions.  I think the reminders are perfect for a new school year, new season, new anything, or just for a little motivation.
